About the Awards:

Each year Silver Lining launches a campaign to find 10 entrepreneurs who deserve to win our Silver Lining Awards.

The things that we want to be able to say about our winners are:

1. They have a true passion for what they do
2. They have set strong goals and are working hard to reach them
3. They have built a team around themselves and recognize they can’t do everything on their own
4. They can tell stories of adversity and how they overcame it
5. They are open and honest about the journey of being an entrepreneur in such a way that they would inspire others to do the same- if entrepreneurs don’t talk about the realities of being an entrepreneur, they will not help each other grow.
