Big and Small Businesses do not get many chances to talk to each other in a candid and open platform. We recognize the need for these conversations to happen so that big businesses can benefit from understanding the real challenges small businesses face as they grow and so that small businesses can better understand and sympathize how people within big business have to manoeuvre through the corporate rules and regulations they often have.

The goal of these conversations is to discuss a series of topics that affect big and small business and cause frustration points for both. Within the conversations we will discuss the experiences and realities of the topic from both perspectives, key asks that both groups have of each other to learn and try to come to a conclusion and then a series of ideas that would help move towards solutions around the problem.
At every single Conversation there will be a combination of executives from our corporate partners and 8–10 entrepreneurs around a table having an open conversation. Our goal out of every Conversation will be to come up with one solution that we can implement to help big and small businesses work together better.
