We are an entrepreneurial organization that works with entrepreneurs – hiring full time staff to come in and help entrepreneurs grow is not always an easy or viable option and finding the right staff has been one of our greatest growth challenges. We want to create entrepreneurship and as a result have shifted from opening our own owned and managed offices to a Locally Owned Branch (LOB) model. Silver Lining Ltd. will continue to expand into new markets through the LOB model. This will allow us to expand our reach much more quickly and also promote entrepreneurship.

LOBs will have the responsibility of building their own office primarily through offering Full Serve SLAP execution. LOBs will also be able to direct clients to any of our Self Serve tools and receive a portion of all revenue from any business that comes in through our Self Serve offerings.

We are always looking for great people who would fit within our team to take on a Locally Owned Branch in their market. Our market expansion will be directed by which regions we find the right people in but our focus right now is in Canada and the USA.
